The view that greets us when we woke up!
First full day in Sydney, we headed out for the Sydney Fish Market.
As we bought the OPAL card the night before, we just have to tap the card on the Tap On pillar at the Sydney Light Rail platform and wait for the Light Rail to arrive.
Took the Sydney Light Rail from Central Station to the Fish Market stop which is located across the road from the Market.

Here we are! The iconic Fish Market of Sydney!
It has a huge car park right in front of the building.
The first stall we bought food from is the stall outside Peter's which is selling grilled scallops with cheese! It's really nice and you should try if you are there! My sister don't eat seafood, and hence you see her with the bread form Gregory's bread.
First round of food we had at the market! It's real fresh and tasty!
The second round of food we bought were cooked food and we headed out to the al fresco area for our meal.It feels good to have the breeze while having the meal. However, the only concern is the sea gulls flying all over, trying their very best to steal food from you; yet you will see some people feeding the sea gulls despite the signboards all around.

Took the Light Rail and alighted at Haymarket Stop for Paddy's Market and Chinatown.
The Paddy's Market is a good place for you to shop for souvenirs and snacks. It's huge and filled with lots of stalls including a fresh food area.
Us at the entrance of Chinatown!
Chinatown is just a short walk away from Paddy's Market. You can make it to both locations within a day and walk back to Central Station which is what we did.
We did what Singaporeans love to do, QUEUE for food!
Saw a long queue for this Emperor's Puff and as Singaporeans, how can we not try this! Hence, we joined the queue which was quite fast and bought a packet of the puffs to try. It is comforting to bite into a warm ball of cream puff in the cooling weather.
Soft puff with creamy centre which are freshly made and you can see the making of the puffs from the shop's window.
Walked down the street and saw a couple of stalls setting up, preparing for the night.

However, we chanced upon the Capitol and the huge banner for Les Misérables which changed our plan; went in and grab the available seats for my first musical.
Happy us after purchasing the tickets, before we head back to the apartment to have a break before coming back for the musical.
Back at the apartment with the wonderful view.
Head to Chinatown for our dinner before the musical. They do sell Korean street snacks too.
The interior of the theatre before the musical starts. My first musical, a refreshing experience where everyone is kind of dressed up.
Happy us after the musical.
The packed exit after the musical. The result of everyone collecting their bags and leaving at the same time.
